Payment troubleshooting

If you have had a problem making a payment, do not worry; your booking is held on our system, but we do need to receive payment before it can be released.

Please double-check that the credit card information you have entered is correct and that the address given is the same address that the credit card is registered at.

For credit card payments via PayPal, if you are having problems or are getting this message, "The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number." then one or more of the following could be the problem:-

  1. You must ensure that the address you give is the address the credit card is registered at.
  2. If the credit card you are using is/or used to be registered on a PayPal account, you may not be able to use it to pay. In this case, please try a different credit card.
  3. If the email address you have used is/or used to be registered to a PayPal account, you may not be able to pay with a credit card; you will have to pay with your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account any more, you may need to try using a different email address that has never had a connection to a PayPal account. Email us at with the new email address you would like to use, and we will send you a new payment request for your booking.

If you have a PayPal account, then the easiest thing to do is use it to pay. However, as long as the credit card you use is not linked to a PayPal account, your payment should work, and your e-tickets will be immediately emailed to you. We apologise for any inconvenience; PayPal has strict anti-fraud regulations that can sometimes be a little frustrating.
