This UNESCO Nature Reserve - often compared to the Garden of Eden - is a must-see, and this tour will take you through the mystical jungle and pathways filled with history and myths. You’ll be able to admire the endemic bird species and get a real feel of the local culture when you visit the National Museum of Praslin. 

You will also visit L’Union Estate (La Digue), a national heritage site, where you can expect to see a traditional copra mill, meet the giant tortoises and visit the old plantation house. Moreover, you will visit the most popular beach in Seychelles - Anse Source D’Argent, one of the most photographed beaches in the world! Here you will have time to relax at the beach and have a refreshing dip in the turquoise sea.

Praslin and La Digue Tour Itinerary

  • Transfer from hotel/pick-up point (06:30-07:30) to Mahe Jetty.
  • Departure to Praslin by Cat Cocos ferry (08:00).
  • Arrival at Praslin Jetty, followed by boarding of buses.
  • Transfer to Vallée de Mai.
  • Arrival at Vallée de Mai followed by a guided tour.
  • Depart from Vallée de Mai to Cote D’or Beach.
  • Arrival at Cote D'or Beach, followed by swimming and relaxation on the beach.
  • Transfer to Praslin Jetty.
  • Boarding of ferry to La Digue followed by a camionette transfer to a local restaurant.
  • Transfer to L'Union Estate after lunch.
  • Arrival at L'Union Estate followed by a guided tour.
  • Depart L’Union Estate to Anse Source D’Argent.
  • Arrival at Anse Source D'Argent, followed by time at leisure for swimming and relaxation.
  • Depart Anse Source D’Argent to La Digue Jetty.
  • Boarding on ferry from La Digue jetty to Praslin jetty.
  • Arrival at Praslin Jetty.
  • Immediate boarding of the Cat Cocos ferry to Mahe.
  • Arrival at Mahe Jetty (18:15) followed by transfer to the pick-up point

  • All excursions are subject to weather conditions. In the event of cancellation, the operator may reschedule the tour, offer an alternative excursion of similar value or issue a full refund (minus any charges applied to make the refund). Administration and cancellation charges applied to all cancellations will be equivalent to 10% of the refunded amount.

    Should the minimum number not be reached, a CTS representative will notify you before the tour.
  • If ferry crossings are included, they can only be taken on the day of the trip's departure.
  • Applicable entrance and/or landing fees are included.
  • Rates given are inclusive of guide & lunch unless specified otherwise.
  • Rates are inclusive of return hotel transfers on Mahe
  • Child rate applies to children between 2-11 years.
  • Infants under 2 years of age are free of charge.
  • Children and infants are required to travel with at least one adult.

Changes & Cancellations 

  • Date changes are possible up to 48 hours before departure, subject to availability.
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure will be eligible for a full refund, minus any charges applied to make the refund (see the general Terms and Conditions for cancellation charges)
  • For any cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure, there will be no refund (a 100% charge will apply)
